Failed orders

If an order cannot be delivered, the full amount is refunded to your KAM STORE wallet automatically. You can use it for your next order straight away.

Delivered orders

Top-ups that have been delivered to the account ID you entered cannot be refunded or cancelled, because in-game currency cannot be taken back.

Payment taken but no order

If money left your bank but your order or wallet was not updated, it is usually settled automatically within a few minutes. If not, contact WhatsApp +918732824552 or email kamstore526@gmail.com with your order number and UPI reference, and we will sort it out.

Wallet balance

Wallet balance is not refundable to your bank account and can only be used on KAM STORE.
